Delivery Information

Delivery

We are happy to deliver anywhere. If you would like us to deliver outside of the UK, please contact us with your order by phone or email and we will organise your delivery.
All deliveries have a postage and packaging charge which will appear as part of your total bill at the online check out.
 Under the Distance Selling Regulations consumers are entitled to a 7 day "cooling off" to inspect the goods from the date of receipt of goods ordered when you can change your mind about any purchase. However, such goods must be returned, unused, at the buyers expense in an "as new" saleable condition in their original packaging otherwise the goods will be rejected. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods are securely packaged and not damaged in transit. We accept no responsibility for items (faulty or otherwise) damaged in transit to us. Lead times may vary depending on availability from our suppliers.
 

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Proceed to checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. All prices are inclusive of Vat at the current rate.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and Solo card payment. Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
