• Choose either with or without UV protection strip on Jib.

JIB – To UV strip or not?

Whilst your Jib is rolled away and sitting idle in the summer sunshine, the sun’s damaging UV rays are working hard to harm the part of the sail that remains exposed. The sacrificial UV strip which can be stitched to the sail’s leach, takes the brunt of this damage. Thus helping to increase the lifespan and ongoing performance of the sail. Where possible this strip matches the sail colour.

Please note the UV strip is not available as a stand alone order. It is to be ordered with each new headsail that you wish to protect.
